The set of documents must be uploaded electronically for its preliminary verification by an employee of the Visa Application Centre.
Verification of documents is carried out during working hours (from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Nur-Sultan time).
After successful verification of documents, you can make an appointment at the Visa Application Centre or register for remote submission of documents.
The cost of the service is 10 euros for each applicant, payment is made online. The cost of online verification does not include consular and service fees, as well as payment for additional services. Payment of fees and payment for additional services are carried out at the Visa Application Centre on the day of submission of documents.
Please note that at the time of visiting the Visa Application Centre, you must have an up-to-date set of documents on paper in accordance with the Consulate requirements.

Only citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan can utilize the service of remote document submission.
This service is available exclusively for applicants with biometrics passed within the last 59 months or applicants for long-term visa (type D), as well as applicants under 12 (twelve) years of age.
In other cases, to submit documents, you must be present at the Visa Application Centre in person.
An integral part of this service is the preliminary online verification of documents. Previously uploaded documents (including the original passport) must be handed over to the courier service employee for subsequent submission to the Consulate on paper in accordance with the requirements.
The cost of the service is 10 euros for each applicant, payment is made online. This amount includes the services of online verification and remote submission of documents.
The cost of the service does not include consular and service fees, delivery of documents by courier service, as well as payment for additional services.
Payment of fees, payment for additional services and courier delivery are also carried out online when making appointment for remote submission of documents.
We remind you that the Embassy of Italy in Nur-Sultan reserves the right to re-request fingerprints from the Applicants who have undergone fingerprinting at any representative office of the Schengen countries within the last 59 months. In this case, the Applicant will need to appear in person at the Visa Application Centre in Nur-Sultan.
These services are provided for the following types of visas:
— Business visa (Visto per Affari), type C;
— Tourist visa (Visto per Turismo), type C;
— Student visa (Visto per Studio), type D.

These services are available for an adult applicant in person or a representative of the applicant (close relative), if there are documents confirming the relationship (birth certificates, marriage certificates):
— parents for children,
— children of majority age for parents,
— spouses for each other.
When changing the surname/s, to confirm kinship, it is necessary to provide documents confirming each change of the surname/s (marriage certificate/name change certificate).
The provision of services within the framework of these services are not provided by a notarized power of attorney!
